Get started today.

Be sure we have answered your questions and that we would make a good partner. Then complete the steps below so we can bring you in and generate revenue faster.

  1. Confirm the partnership. Make sure we have answered every question and you are confident we are the right fit.
  2. Complete the DOT application. Click through to the application and fill it out fully. More information means a faster start.
  3. Text 615-970-2296 with a copy of your Tenstreet confirmation number so we can pull your application.
  4. Text 615-806-4905 your CDL-A license, front and back of your medical card, and the front and back of your title so we can expedite approval.
  5. Watch your email throughout the process for onboarding updates.

Drivers only

  1. Drug screen
  2. Clearinghouse full consent (Tenstreet notice with link)
  3. Medical card & long-form physical — must have ½ the life remaining
  4. CDL
  5. Certificate of Compliance — electronic via Sertifi
  6. Occ/Acc insurance form through Pulse / Tenstreet / IntelliApp

Owner-operators

  1. Clearinghouse full consent
  2. Medical card & long-form physical — ½ life remaining
  3. CDL
  4. Truck info — registration (own plate) or title front & back and 2290 (if needing a plate)
  5. Photos of all 4 corners of your truck
  6. Truck DOT inspection — less than 30 days old; from a major chain or dealership; show brake & tire wear
  7. Picture of ECM port
  8. Electronic forms via Sertifi: Certificate of Compliance, ELD, W-9, ComData consent
  9. NTL insurance (owner) and Occ/Acc (driver) — ours or yours with a certificate
